Where we sell and ship

We sell and ship to the contiguous 48 United States only (including Washington, DC). We do not sell or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any country outside the United States. Orders outside those areas will be cancelled and refunded.

Digital products (ebook & audiobook)

Digital products do not ship. Delivery is by download link (or equivalent digital delivery) to the email on your order. Timing for when files are sent — including any pre-order release date — is shown on the product or campaign page at purchase.

Print books (softcover & hardcover)

Print books require shipping. They are typically made to order. If you buy during a pre-order, the product or campaign page will say when the order goes to the printer and when you can expect it to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your package is on the way.

Print shipping within the contiguous United States is a flat $5.99 unless a different rate is shown at checkout. Digital-only orders do not include shipping charges.

Delivery times for print books vary by carrier and destination within the contiguous U.S. (often about 7–14 business days after the book ships from the printer).

If we offer other physical items later, shipping terms for those items will be shown at checkout.
